Aviation in Latin America: Prospects and Developments in 2024

Aeromexico, one of Mexico’s leading airlines, plans to significantly expand its network in 2024, with the addition of 15 new routes to the United States in collaboration with Delta Air Lines. In addition, the airline is preparing to welcome 25 new Boeing 737 MAX and five Boeing 787 Dreamliners, bringing its fleet to more than 180 aircraft.

Aerolíneas Argentinas – Argentina’s national airline – after posting a profit for the first time since its acquisition by the state in 2008, is facing changes in management and the possibility of privatisation.
